Policy & Procedures 
 
 

Orders 
 

Items are one of a kind, as they are handmade.  Fabrics are new, vintage and repurposed to create a unique look and design of each item offered.  Should you see a “sold” sign on an item you like, please email usIf fabric is still available we will be happy to make one for you at the same price. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. 
 

Payment 
 

Payment is due at the time of your purchase. Deb’s Country Clutter accepts all major credit cards through PayPal. PayPal is a secure and encrypted payment provider. Your privacy is rigorously protected by them. It is not necessary for you to be a member to use PayPal. We also respect your privacy and will not disclose any information you provide to us.  Please email us if you would prefer other terms to pay for your merchandise. We also accept Postal Money Orders and personal checks. We will hold your purchased item for seven days. If we do not receive payment within seven days, the item will be re-listed for sale. All checks must clear before merchandise can be shipped.

Layaway 
 

We ask for a 50% deposit and the remaining balance due within 30 days. Deposits are Non-refundable. Please feel free to inquire for more information regarding layaway. 

 

Shipping 
 

Shipping is calculated for you at check out. We ship U.S. Postal Service (Priority or First Class in most cases), UPS and FedEx ground. *Shipping rates are for Continental U.S. only* ALASKA, HAWAII and INTERNATIONAL customers please email us for shipping quotes.  

 

Returns 
 

New items are returnable and we are confident you will be very satisfied with your purchase. However, should there be a defect in craftsmanship; we will gladly refund your money. You must send us an email within 3 days of receipt of your purchase to obtain a Return Authorization Number. The item must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging and insured for the purchase price. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as original payment. (i.e. credit card, money order, check).  Shipping and insurance cost are not refundable. 

All collectables and gently used items are sold "as is" and are non-refundable. These previously owned items are not always perfect. We strive to be as accurate as possible with descriptions and disclosure of any damage. PLEASE READ DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY and if you have a question *ASK* before making a purchase.    
 

All States must pay sales tax.  
 

Disclaimer

Pictures are taken with Props that are not part of the item being purchased (unless specifically stated with item); the props are not for sale and only used as enhancement for the photograph. 
 

Pricing is subject to change without prior notice to User. Products, website, may change, be updated or may be unavailable without prior notice to User
